Leadership
CA Gautam Jain qualified Chartered Accountant and law Graduate from Mumbai University. Gautam is an Ex- Price Waterhouse Coooper’s , Mumbai.
After completing his 5 years stint with Price Waterhouse Coopers in year 2010 he became Partner with PDK & Co, Mumbai. As a Partner he completed 6 years stint with PDK & Co, Mumbai. Originally a native from Indore he moved his base from Mumbai to Central India, Indore. He established his own CA Firm JG & Company (Membership No. 131214, FRN: 021766C). He is an Ind AS Consultant and has successfully converged Ind AS financials for more than 15 companies both in Indore and Mumbai.

Uma has worked for Various MNC Corporates and has rich experience in the field of Secretarial ROC Compliances, FEMA, SEBI, RERA, Trademark, Fund raising, ROC etc. She has qualified her CS in year 2017 from ICSI, and had worked for multinational companies in the country. She handles various clients in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
CA Mohan Tiwari
CA Mohan is a qualified well experienced Chartered Accountant and has rich experience in Direct and Indirect taxation. He is manager at the firm and has a good experience as a team leader.
